My recent stay at Penzion Merlin far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Upon arriving late at night from Prague, Alex's thoughtful gesture of leaving the key and detailed instructions ensured a smooth check-in process. The charming room, with its authentic style and well-equipped kitchenette, provided a cozy retreat. The provision of ample towels, constant hot water in the shower, and the room's pristine cleanliness were truly remarkable.I particularly appreciated the convenience of having tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing for a relaxing beverage amidst the historic surroundings. The quaint courtyard and comfortable sitting area provided a perfect spot to unwind, even though the weather was too cold to fully enjoy the garden furniture. The peaceful location, within walking distance of the town center, added to the overall appeal. I highly recommend this historic guesthouse to anyone seeking a delightful and immersive experience in Český Krumlov.
